From nothing. Most people arrive having never built one. You will be on somebody else's build for the first month and flying your own by the spring.
Is there a cost for ingredients?
No. The club budget covers it. If we do a big spring dinner we sometimes ask for five dollars, and nobody is turned away for not having it.
Is the JV ladder actually open all year, or does it fill up?
Open all year. Nobody has ever been turned away from JV.
