What it is
Environmental Club audits what the school throws away, runs the cafeteria composting programme, and picks one campaign a term to actually finish. Last year that was replacing the single-use cups in the dining hall, which took two proposals and a term of arguing but did happen.

Forty-one percent of what went in the landfill bins last month was compostable. We are putting a second compost station outside the dining hall and we need two people per lunch period to stand next to it for the first fortnight.
